[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID

(Those who submit South Korean passports issued after December 21, 2020 must also submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) are not allowed.

* Photos, print-outs, and screenshots of a valid photo ID, and legal guardians vouching for your identity will not be accepted.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* If you've entered your name in English when joining HWANG MIN HYUN Membership, your passport is the only way to verify your identity.

For example, if you bring your ID that carries "황민현": Your name in the raffle entry information must be written "황 민 현". ("HWANG MIN HYUN" will not be accepted.)

If you bring your passport that carries "HWANG MIN HYUN": Your name in the raffle entry information must be written "HWANG MIN HYUN". ("황 민 현" will not be accepted.)

* Please make sure that the ID you plan to bring carries the same name with the name you entered the raffle.

* Expired IDs will not be accepted for identity verification.

* If you do not bring a valid photo ID, we will be unable to verify your identity, and as the result, you will not be admitted into the event venue.

2. International raffle winners can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passports.

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. A screenshot will be not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse Shop app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband or your order number ticket.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband and/or your order number ticket to re-enter the venue.

※ This event will be carried out in compliance with the South Korean government's social distancing guidelines. This event is subject to change and cancellation due to COVID-19 and other inevitable circumstances.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The event is available for 14 years and older. (Must be born before December 31, 2008) Minors under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

※ The winners who won the raffle via Weverse platforms will be required to show the winning QR code when verifying the identity. You can check the QR code by going to HWANG MIN HYUN Weverse community > My Events page. A screenshot of the QR code will not be accepted for admission. Please be ready to run the Weverse app.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ Special Gift Exchange/Refund Guidelines

- The special gifts are not products for sale, but a gift for those who enter the event raffle.

- Except for when there are significant damages to it, the special gift cannot be exchanged.

- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

- Please contact Weverse Shop Customer Service for more information.

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Venue]

1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the event or must have been released from quarantine prior to the event to be allowed to participate.

2. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) inside and outside of the event venue. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted off the premises.

3. You will be escorted off the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, or consume food (other than water) inside the venue. Please remember to keep your masks on during the event. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

4. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

5. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
