SEVENTEEN DIGITAL CODE re:CAP will be available for purchase and pickup at the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] ENCORE held at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on Sat, April 4, 2026 and Sun, April 5, 2026 (KST). This product can be used with the CAPSULE machine at the ‘SEVENTEEN DIGITAL CODE re:CAP Booth’ using exclusive coins, which can be purchased via on-site pickup. Please check below for details.


Weverse members can purchase the DIGITAL CODE re:CAP coin on SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop and pick it up at the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] ENCORE venue.

* How to Purchase on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → SEVENTEEN (Global) → Pickup category → Purchase DIGITAL CODE re:CAP product with the PICK-UP tag.

※ Click the Reserve Pickup button to schedule your pickup time before completing your payment. (Required)

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Arrive at the DIGITAL CODE re:CAP pickup booth during your reserved time slot and present your QR code to the staff to receive your coin.

④ Insert the coin in the CAPSULE machine to get a CAPSULE

➄ Collect your product and exit the zone

※ Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

※ e.g., If your reserved time slot is 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM, you must arrive at the booth between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM to pick up your product.

※ Please adhere to your reserved pickup time. Visitors will be prioritized according to their scheduled slots.

※ Early entry before your reserved pickup time is not permitted. Late arrivals may face delays or restricted entry, depending on on-site conditions.

※ Please refer to the notice that will be announced separately for more details on making a pickup reservation.

Weverse members will be able to purchase the coin on Weverse Shop when they are within a 3-km radius of the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] ENCORE venue and pick them up at the venue.

The QR code provided on Weverse Shop is for your personal use only. Presenting a printed copy or a captured image of the QR code will not be accepted.

No additional identity verification will be conducted at the booth. To prevent unauthorized pickup, please do not share your QR code or expose it to others.

Due to potential connectivity issues at the venue, we recommend saving your pickup QR code in advance in an area with a stable network within 3 km of the venue.

The products may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

Please note that purchase hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

Orders not picked up on the day of purchase will be automatically cancelled after the on-site pickup booth closes on the same day.

Automatically canceled orders will be refunded within three business days.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

Do not purchase illegal products. DIGITAL CODE re:CAP coin is available for purchase only at the DIGITAL CODE re:CAP booth at the venue and Weverse Shop. Please be aware that purchasing unauthorized products may result in damage or other issues.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

Defective items can be exchanged after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

[On-site Pickup Exchange and Refund Guide]


1) Exchanges

* Exchanges are available only within 14 days of purchase.

* During the booth operation period, exchanges can only be made at the booth. Please bring the product and order details with you.

* For exchanges after the booth operation period, please contact Weverse Help.

* For random products, exchanges are available only for defective items.


2) Refunds

* Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period.

* Please bring the purchased product and the order details for a refund.


3) Please Note

* Exchange and refund are not available in the following cases.

- If the product is lost, damaged, or destroyed due to customer negligence, including damaging or losing the product label (cutting or damaging tags, packaging, etc.)

- If there are signs of contamination, odor, wear, perfume, washing, or use of the product

- If the value of the product has decreased to the point where it cannot be resold

- If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, an exchange will be unavailable and refunded instead.


Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
