- Each winner will receive 1 randomly selected mug cup autographed by a SEVENTEEN member. It cannot be exchanged for another member’s autographed mug.

- Your shipping information cannot be changed after your submission. Please make sure your information (name, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and free of error. If the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- If your shipping information is not submitted on time, your win may be canceled.

- If the country/region where the prize is received does not match the country/region where the product was purchased, your win may be canceled.

- If you cancel your order after the event winner announcement, your win will also be canceled.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of event winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.
