※ The winning order number will be sent to the winners via email to confirm the shipping address for the event prize.

[How to Check If You’ve Won]

- Go to Home on the Weverse app → More (···) button on the bottom right corner → Event Entries page and check your result

- Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may be slightly smudged.

- The event prize will be shipped to the address entered for the order that won the raffle. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be charged by the local carrier when the autographed Polaroid is shipped to the United States. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed album being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results.

- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on the circumstances.

- If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission to any further events of the artist.

- The raffle winner will get 1 Polaroid autographed by the artist as an event prize.

- The event prize cannot be exchanged for other products.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of raffle winners and cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.

- The event prize will be shipped via Pantos (a designated logistics partner).

- This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
