[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app before the event begins.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One of the albums you purchased will be autographed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered within 2 weeks after the event ends to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Weverse Company reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

3. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with TOMORROW X TOGETHER in the future.

4. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs.

* You can get an autograph only in the albums that are prepared for you at the venue. You are not allowed to ask for an autograph on any other items. (e.g. photocards, personal items, other items and merch included in the album, etc.). If any violation of the guideline is found, the staff may retrieve the item in question.

5. Sticky notes for the artists will not be accepted at the fansign. Please do not make requests to the artist other than getting the autograph from the artist (asking the artist to draw something or write a message, etc.). If you have something to say to the artist, you may bring a note for yourself, such as a short script. However, if you attach the note to the album, or if the note contains requests to write a name that is not yours or includes other inappropriate content, the note will be collected by the staff before the artist autographs the album.

6. Please do not make inappropriate requests to the artists or demand excessive physical contact with the artists. You may be escorted off the premises for inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff that disrupt or delay the event. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

7. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.

8. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice. (Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.)

9. If you change your seat or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

10. The start time of the fansign event is subject to change depending on the on-site situation.
