We kindly ask the winners to confirm the attendance by 28 October 2020, 6 PM (KST) to get the event underway.

The information we need to confirm the attendance will be requested through the email which will be sent to the email provided when entering the raffle.

Please note that the winners must confirm the attendance to be able to attend the event; therefore, read carefully to find out how to respond to the email and for the important information below.

* Event date and time: 30 October 2020, 9 PM (KST) (Will proceed in the order of the raffle winners listed above. / The event will be about 2 hours long)

- Video call fansign duration: 1 minute per member

- ZOOM Live Meeting: 15 minutes per group

* Fansign channel: KakaoTalk (With KakaoTalk ID submitted for raffle entry)

* Live Meeting channel: ZOOM

- Event information will be sent to you on KakaoTalk before the event begins.

- For ZOOM Live Meeting, please make sure that the name is set as your legal name. If your name does not match, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

* Fansign process: 1-on-1 video call fansign meeting for 1 minute with TOMORROW X TOGETHER members

* Live Meeting process: 15-minute meeting with TOMORROW X TOGETHER members for 3 groups, each with 50 winners.

* Shipping date for the signed album

- One album out of the albums purchased will be signed and delivered after the fansign (Random album version)

- Live Meeting winners will not receive the signed album.

* How to Respond to the Email & More Info

1. Emails about attendance confirmation, identity verification, and questions for TOMORROW X TOGETHER during Live Meeting will be sent to the raffle winners.

2. Please provide all the required information for attendance confirmation and personal identification by going to the link on the email sent to you.

3. Late responses, after 28 October 2020, 6:00 PM (KST), will not be accepted.

4. Required information: Attendance confirmation, the name for identification, date of birth, KakaoTalk ID, a question for TOMORROW X TOGETHER.

5. If you have not received the email from us by 27 October, 11:59 PM (KST) despite being included in the raffle winner list, please contact us through Weverse Shop Customer Service.

6. For the event admission, 1) the information provided for the ID verification (name and date of birth); 2) information on the valid IDs; and 3) the raffle winner information provided on Weverse Shop must match.

Please Note (Video call fansign)

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk message before the event starts. Please wait for your turn and make sure that your network is stable. As the video call fansign may be unstable if you are on the Wi-Fi network, please participate in the fansign on a mobile network instead.

2. Before receiving the video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. (Student ID is not allowed)

3. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can be verified by the name in English only under their passport. (Valid passports or Alien Registration Card accepted / Student IDs and other IDs NOT accepted)

4. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied.

5. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If the participant is not the raffle winner or if two or more people participate in the fansign, the video call will end.

6. For the protection of the artists, the fansign will be recorded. If the participant commits foul language, profanity, and insults, or other inappropriate actions, the video call will end.

7. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

8. For a smooth fansign, please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.

Please Note (Live Meeting)

1. Live Meeting will begin after the fansign is over. Before the event begins, the relevant information and ZOOM Live Meeting ID & password will be provided via KakaoTalk group message. Please ensure that your network is stable and wait to join the Live Meeting after receiving the message.

2. To ensure that the Live Meeting goes smoothly, please read the information on how to use ZOOM. if you fail to participate in the Live Meeting due to your mistakes or errors while using ZOOM, you will not be invited again.

3. Please join the Live Meeting with your legal name. If your name does not match, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

4. Please join the ZOOM Live Meeting 10 minutes before the event begins. If you leave the Live Meeting or fail to join the Live Meeting 10 minutes before the event begins, you will neither be invited nor contacted again.

5. If you invite others to the Live Meeting or leak the Live Meeting ID to others, you will be restricted from participating in all TOMORROW X TOGETHER events in the future.

6. Make sure that your camera is turned on during the Live Meeting.

7. Inappropriate actions (including chats) that are deemed to be harmful towards the artists and other participants in any way during the Live Meeting may result in restriction from the event.

* Please Note (All winners)

1. Video call fansign and Live Meeting will be held on KakakoTalk and ZOOM, respectively.

2. Winners can participate in the event(s) only once, and the winning raffle ticket cannot be transferred or sold to another person. (Will be denied from participating if found of doing so)

3. For the protection of the artists, the events will also be recorded. If the video call or the chat are considered to be inappropriate, the event may end immediately.

4. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do so, you may be restricted from participating in the events.

5. You may have difficulty participating in the events if the device runs out of battery or network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.

6. Personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number) provided for the raffle entry and the event recording will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.

7. Participants can record or screenshot the events, but cannot upload it on social media or other communities. Streaming the video call or recording with another device is not permitted. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the photos and videos will be destroyed.

8. If you are found transferring or selling the winning raffle, or committing any other fraudulent activities, you will be restricted from participating in all events with TOMORROW X TOGETHER in the future.

9. The events can be changed or canceled without notice.
