[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Autographed Album]

- Albums purchased during the raffle period will be shipped in sequence after the raffle entry period ends, excluding one album needed to participate in the fansign event. By entering the raffle, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph.

- The album to receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all autographs. (You cannot choose which version gets autographed.)

- You can get an autograph only on CORTIS The 1st EP [COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES].

* You can get an autograph only in the albums that are prepared for you at the venue. You are not allowed to ask for an autograph on any other items. (e.g. photocards, personal items, other items and merch included in the album, etc.). If any violation of the guideline is found, the staff may retrieve the item in question.

※ If the raffle winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g., incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be charged by the local carrier when the autographed album is shipped to the United States. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed album being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

3. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the CORTIS in the future.

4. You can take photos and videos from your seat during the fansign event. However, filming or recording while waiting for your turn or on the stage, and asking the artist to pose for a selfie or an instant photo (Polaroid), are not allowed. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave.

5. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation, and you may be escorted off the premises.

6. You’re not allowed to hand over or use props for photography and videography for this fansign event.

7. Sticky notes will not be accepted by the artist at the fansign. Please do not make requests such as draw me something or write a message for me to the artist. If you have something to say to the artist, you may bring a note for yourself, such as a short script. However, if you attach the note to the album, or if the note includes other inappropriate content, the note will be collected by the staff before the artist autographs the album.

8. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

9. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behavior toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.
