- ID verification & ticket pickup location: Weverse Global Ticket Booth in front of Hwajeong Gymnasium (Hwajeong Tiger Dome), Korea University (48 Gaeunsa 2-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, South Korea)

- 4:00 PM - 4:59 PM (KST) → GROUP C, GROUP O

- 5:00 PM - 5:59 PM (KST) → GROUP R, GROUP T

- 6:00 PM - 6:59 PM (KST) → GROUP I, GROUP S

- 7:00 PM - 7:59 PM (KST) → Late check-in customers

※ Winner verification is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive within your assigned check-in time and prepare for identity verification.

※ The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Please do not change or move seats for any reason.

※ If you arrive later than your check-in time, check-in may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.

※ Seats will not be in the order of your check-ins. Please refrain from forming random waiting lines.

[Venue Operation Details]

- The lobby will be opened at 6:00 PM on Mon, September 8, 2025 (KST).

- You’ll be able to enter the venue starting 7:00 PM on Mon, September 8, 2025 (KST).

※ Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process, such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Winner Guidelines]

※ This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

※ During the check-in process, your identity and the QR code will be verified. Your QR code can be found in the Event Entries page in CORTIS Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

1. According to Weverse Company’s policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is available for those aged 14 or older (born before September 8, 2011). Those born after September 9, 2011, are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare, as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected.

3. Only the raffle winner may participate in the event.

4. The raffle cannot be participated in by someone else, and the raffle winnings cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.)

5. If you apply for the event through an application agency site other than Weverse Shop, it will be considered as selling/buying the winning ticket and your winnings may be cancelled. Please be especially careful, as Weverse Shop is not responsible for any losses, such as cancellation of winnings or financial fraud, that may occur from using application agency sites.

6. Should you purchase the event album to gain financial benefit via applying for someone else or by transferring/selling winning tickets, Weverse Shop may take action against the purchaser for violating Weverse's terms and conditions, including order cancellation or usage restrictions. Be aware that if the above commercial activity is considered a violation of relevant laws and regulations, additional legal action may be taken.

7. Drinks and food are prohibited inside the venue, and hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, etc. are also restricted.

8. The event will be streamed online and recorded in videos. Please be aware that the faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.
