Weverse members can purchase the album on Weverse Shop TREASURE (Global) and pick them up at the 2025 TREASURE FAN CONCERT [SPECIAL MOMENT] IN SEOUL venue.

How to Buy Official Albums on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → Select TREASURE → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone and receive your purchases.

- For [PLEASURE] [YELLOW & GREEN VER.] SET, you can purchase up to 22.

- For [PLEASURE] [BLUE VER.], you can purchase up to 100 per option.

- For [PLEASURE] [BLUE VER.] SET, you can purchase up to 10.

- For [PLEASURE] [YELLOW & GREEN VER.] SET + [PLEASURE] [BLUE VER.] SET, you can purchase up to 10.

Please Note

- The unreleased selfie photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases feature different images for each album version.

- The special gifts may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Please Note

Weverse members will be able to purchase the albums on Weverse Shop when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2025 TREASURE FAN CONCERT [SPECIAL MOMENT] IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

The albums may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)

A refund may be issued if there’s insufficient stock for an exchange and the same album version and the same special gift with the same member’s image will be provided for exchanges. (You cannot choose the version of the special gift.)

If a special gift is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new one only at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
