- Shipping: Begins on Thu. November 23, 2023 (global shipping available)

※ The merch is sold on a pre-order basis. Please make sure to check the shipping start date.

※ The available official merch has been pre-made in limited quantity and may go out of stock early.

- You can view the list of official merch and details from the category.


* Weverse Collection Badges

- Buy TREASURE [BEST FRIEND FOREVER] official merch and get Weverse Collection items (badges and Collectibles).

- You can archive your fan activities and celebrate them by collecting items in the Collection.

- You can get Collection items by accomplishing various missions.


* Collection Badge Details

1. [B.F.F.] Official Merch Customers: 1 TREASURE [B.F.F] Official Merch Collector badge + General Collectible (1 Collectible for each unit, total 5 Collectibles)

2. [B.F.F.] Weverse-Exclusive Product (PHOTO KEYRING) Customers: Collection for [B.F.F.] Official Merch Customers + Weverse Exclusive Collectible (1 Collectible for each member, total 10 Collectibles)


For example, if you purchase one [BFF] PHOTO PACKAGE, you will receive a Collection package for [B.F.F.] Official Merch Customers.

If you purchase one [BFF] PHOTO PACKAGE and one [BFF] PHOTO KEYRING, you will receive a Collection package for [B.F.F.] Official Merch Customers and a Collection package for [B.F.F.] Weverse-Exclusive Product Customers.


* Eligibility & Sending Date (KST)

- Eligibility: Customers who purchased between Mon. November 20, 2023, 2:00 PM - Sun. December 3, 2023, 11:59 PM

- Sending Date: Mon. December 11, 2023


※ The Collection items will be provided to customers who purchased during the eligible purchase period, and they will be sent to the Weverse ID used to purchase the merch on the sending date.

※ You can get up to one Collection per account, regardless of the number or the items you purchased.

※ The orders may end earlier and Collection items may not be available after the products go out of stock.

※ You will not be provided with a Collection if you purchase a product and then cancel your order.

※ If you have any questions about Collection, please check the FAQ page in Weverse Customer Support or contact us via the Contact Us page.

※ To check your Collection, go to the Weverse app > person icon in the lower right corner > My Collection.


* Please Note

- For products without an option, you can purchase up to five for each product.

- For products with options, you can purchase up to five for each option.

- Your event participation will be counted based on the time of payment during the event period.

- This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.


* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering a South Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.

- If you are ordering from Japan, please enter the complete shipping address in Japanese.

- If you are ordering from countries/regions other than South Korea or Japan, please enter the complete shipping address and the recipient's name in English. In the case where the address and the name contain characters with accent symbols such as é, ç, œ, í, ø, ß, ü, and ñ, please eliminate the symbols.

- Please note that if you place multiple orders to a single address, your orders may be subject to the customs laws of the recipient country, such as the imposition of import tariffs or being held at customs. You are responsible for paying the import tariffs imposed on bulk purchases you make.


※ Please note that entering inaccurate addresses may cause delayed or failed deliveries.
