Winners will be randomly selected from all event participants.

If you purchase a product during the event period and enter the event, then cancel your order, you will no longer be eligible.

Your order and the event gift will be shipped separately. 

You cannot exchange your gift.

The gift is produced based on the number of event winners, thus it cannot be exchanged due to the defect.

If you are a winner and must return the product you purchased to exchange, you must send the product only. However, you must return both the product and the gift if you are applying for a refund; if the gift is not returned, a refund cannot be granted.
