① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → TREASURE → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

④ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

※ Different event entry tickets and super pass tickets will be used for each day of the concert, and you’ll only be able to use them on the day you purchase the albums. Please note that you won’t be able to combine tickets from other concert days to use at once.

[How to Participate in the Event]

① Check the purchase history/receipt of the day and the event entry tickets at the “event check zone”

② Play the game: Select one game out of two, and hand over your event entry ticket to play the game.

* The 5-time Event Entry Ticket and the 10-time Event Entry Ticket will be marked according to the number of times you play the game when you participate in the event.

• Ddakji game

1) Select a Ddakji on the ground

2) Use the Ddakji that was handed to you to hit the Ddakji you selected

• Stone Toppling Game

1) Select a pile of Biseok on the ground

2) Use the Biseok that was handed to you to hit the Biseok pile you selected

③ Special Gift Details

* The 1-time Event Entry Ticket will be collected and the 5-time Event Entry Ticket and 10-time Event Entry Ticket will be marked according to the number of times you played the game when you get your special gift.

• When you win the game, you’ll get your event entry ticket back → go to the reward collection zone → collect the special gift you won

• When you lose the game, the remaining event entry tickets will be confirmed → you can either play more or hand over your event entry ticket → go to the reward collection zone → collect the basic special gift

* You will NOT be able to get your event entry tickets back once you’ve collected the special gift.

- The unreleased selfie photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases and event participation feature different images for each version.

- Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on Weverse Global when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the concert venue.

- Albums will be available to purchase and pick up at the album booth even if you’re not a Weverse member.

- Please note that albums may sell out early.

- Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

- The products will be available to purchase online afterwards. Please note that special gifts may vary.

- Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

- Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation hours. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

- For exchanges after the booth operation hours, please contact Weverse Help.

- If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose a version.)

- Defective photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.

- Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

- For any other questions regarding on-site pickup, please find a staff member at the venue.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
