[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Minors with South Korean nationality: Student ID (middle school or high school), passport, national certificate with an ID photo and the date of birth, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* IDs not mentioned above (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the raffle, you will be denied admission.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

2. International raffle winners can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passports.

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. You can find the QR code at TREASURE Weverse community -> My Events. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband to re-enter the venue.

※ This event is subject to changes and cancellations.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. You may not change your seat or switch your seat with someone else during the event. If you choose not to cooperate with the on-site staff, you may be escorted off the premises.

3. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their seat numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

4. The wristband cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband, you will be denied admission to the event.

5. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with YG Entertainment Inc. in the future.

6. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

7. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband to re-enter the venue.

8. You are allowed to take photos and videos when you are sitting in your seat at the venue. You are not allowed to leave your seat to take photos or videos.

9. If your account information has been leaked through your own carelessness and your account information has been abused by others, the organizing company of the event is not responsible for the damages.

10. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

11. The event may be recorded in videos by YG Entertainment Inc. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

13. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
