How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse and Pick Up On-site
① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS (Global) → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category
② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code
③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.
Purchase Limit
- For Jack In The Box' (HOPE Edition) album, you can purchase up to 10.
- For 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1' (Random) album, you can purchase up to 10.
- For 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1' (Set) album, you can purchase up to 5.

※ You can get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 2) per album only when you purchase the albums on-site.

How to Buy OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.
Purchase Limit
- For OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK SPECIAL EDITION, you can purchase up to 2 per person.
- For MINI PHOTO CARD SET, you can purchase up to 5 per person.
- For LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 10 per person.
- For Acorn Keyring Charm (Seoul), you can purchase up to 2 per person.
- For products other than OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK SPECIAL EDITION, MINI PHOTO CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, Acorn Keyring Charm (Seoul), you can purchase up to 3 for each product per person. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 per option. (For example, you can purchase 3 of each option of S/S T-Shirt, which sums up to 12 in total.)
Please Note
Weverse members will be able to purchase the albums and merch on Weverse Shop Global when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the j-hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE' in SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.
The products may sell out early.
Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.
Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.
Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)
A refund may be issued if there’s insufficient stock for an exchange and the same album version and the same special gift with the same component image will be provided for exchanges. (You cannot choose the version of the special gift.)
If a special gift is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new one only at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.
The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.
Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.
There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.
Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.
- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
