2024 FESTA Ground Event - Official Merch Pick Up Guide

Official merch will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of 2024 FESTA Ground Event, at Jamsil Indoor Stadium of the Seoul Sports Complex, Seoul, South Korea, on Thu. June 13, 2024 (KST). You can pre-purchase the products on weverse shop to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

How to Buy OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on weverse shop and Pick Up On-site

① weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS (GLOBAL) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit:

- For Official Light Stick Special Edition, you can purchase up to 1 per person.

- For products other than Official Light Stick Special Edition, you can purchase up to 3 per person for each product. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 for each option.

(For example, you can purchase three of each option of Crop S/S T-shirt, which sums up to six total.)

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

- The products may sell out early and the purchase may end accordingly.

Please Note

- weverse shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on weverse shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2024 FESTA Ground Event venue and pick them up on-site.

- All products may go out of stock early.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on weverse shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.

- 2024 FESTA Ground Event products are available for purchase only at the official booths at the venue and weverse shop. Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Please ask on-site staff for help with questions regarding on-site pickup.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
