Audio Personalization Coupon and Service Termination

We would like to inform you that the Audio Personalization service will be terminated by Thu. November 30, 2023 (KST) due to the expiration of the contract.

* Schedule (KST)

- Audio Personalization Coupon Sales End: Tue. October 31, 2023, 6:00 PM

- Audio Personalization Service End Date: Thu. November 30, 2023, 11:59 PM

If you have purchased an Audio Personalization coupon, please apply for the service before Thu. November 30, 2023, 11:59 (KST).

* Please Note

- After you receive the email notifying you that the personalization is complete, you will have 30 days to download the audio without limit. If you applied for the service on Thu. November 30, 2023 (KST), which is the service end date, you will be able to download the audio until Sat. December 30, 2023 (KST).

- After 30 days, the most recently downloaded audio will be permanently saved in MotiPen.

- If you applied for the Audio Personalization service, you cannot cancel your purchase or get a refund.

- Even if you haven't applied for the Audio Personalization service, you will be unable to get a refund if seven days (00:00 by GMT) have passed after the purchase.

- If you have deleted your account from Weverse Shop, the coupon will be considered used on MotiPen Manager even if you haven't used the coupon. If you haven't used the coupon and seven days (00:00 by GMT) have not passed since your purchase, please cancel the purchase or request a refund before deleting your account.
