- Who: Those who purchased the ticket from 1 June 1 (Mon) 1 PM to 14 June (Sun) 6 PM (KST)

- When: The day after the end of the live concert, 15 June (Mon) 6 PM (KST)

※ You will not receive the special gift if you make a refund before the start of the concert.

2. “BANG BANG CON The Live” Online ticket

- Who: Tickets will be for the customers who purchased 'BANG BANG CON The Live' Live Streaming ticket from 1 June 1 (Mon) 1 PM to 14 June (Sun) 6 PM (KST).

- When: Tickets will be delivered to the email address the day after live streaming ends, starting from 15 June (Mon) 6 PM (KST).

- GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP Users who purchase the live streaming ticket will have their name on the online tickets, which will be delivered to their email addresses. (The email of ARMY MEMBERSHIP must be used to purchase the live streaming pass)
