* How to Use Weverse Albums

- Install Weverse Albums app.

- Log in using your Weverse account or your social media accounts.

- Tap on [ ✚ ] button on the upper right corner, or [ Add Album ]. Scan the QR code or manually enter the digital code number to add your Weverse Albums music.

- Download the album to enjoy it on Weverse Albums app.

* Please Note When Ordering Weverse Albums ver.

- You can purchase up to 40.

- You cannot log into the same account on more than one device.

- Digital photobooks and digital photocards are linked to the digital code. When you add an album using the digital code, your photocards and photobooks will also be added automatically.

- Even if you add the same album multiple times, you will only see 1 album on the main screen.

- Even if you add the album with the same digital photocard multiple times, you will only see 1 digital photocard in the photocard menu.

- If your album download fails, you will be guided to restart the download process.

- You can check all the added albums by going to Settings > Customer Support > My Album History.

- When you register the QR code, it is deemed that you already used the product, and return/exchange will not be available.

- Shipping to some countries may be unavailable due to the COVID-19 outbreak. For more information regarding shipping delays and restrictions, please check the announcement on Weverse Shop.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering a South Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.
