Product Contents Issue and Exchange Request Info Regarding BTS Official Light Stick MAP OF THE SOUL Special Edition

We regret to notify you that two product contents were included incorrectly in BTS Official Light Stick MAP OF THE SOUL Special Edition. Please read below for more information on the wrong product contents and on how to request an exchange.
<Product contents that should have been included>
- Dust bag: Black / 'SPECIAL EDITION' logo must be printed below the BTS logo.
- Strap: Gray / 'BTS' and 'ARMY' logos must be printed on the front and back.
<Product contents that were included incorrectly>
- Dust bag: Black / No logo below the BTS logo.
- Strap: Black / 'BTS' and 'ARMY' logos printed on front and back.
<How to request an exchange>
- Please call the customer service of the manufacturer by dialing 070-4848-2207 and request an exchange. You will be given detailed instructions on how to request an exchange.
- The manufacturer's customer service is open from 10 AM to 9 PM (KST) on weekdays (Excluding public holidays).
- Please provide Weverse Shop account, customer name, order number, and the photo of the product contents that were included incorrectly to request an exchange.
- After receiving the exchange request, the correct product contents will be delivered to you (free shipping).
