We are pleased to announce the details for OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE sales at the BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN JAPAN concert venues.



To prevent congestion at the venue on the day of the performance, we will implement the Weverse Shop Pickup service. This service allows you to make advance payments and reserve a specific pickup time. Products purchased through the app can be collected at the Weverse Pickup Booth.

Please check the details below, as sales periods start prior to the performance dates.

※ BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4 does not include batteries. Please ensure you have 3 AAA alkaline batteries prepared in advance.

※ The product lineup and purchase limits for each item are subject to change without prior notice depending on the situation on the day.

※ OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE of BTS includes a © notation with BIGHIT MUSIC or HYBE, or a hologram sticker. Please do not buy or sell illegal products. OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE is not sold at street stalls or unauthorized locations.

※ There will be NO direct sales (on-site payment) at the venue. All items must be purchased through the Weverse Shop Pickup service.

■ Purchase Limits

Up to 3 units per item per person for each transaction.

※ BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4: Up to 1 unit per account.

※ Image Picket: Up to 5 units per option.

※ Wappen Sticker_Tokyo / Pins_Tokyo: Up to 10 units each.

※ For products with different options, you may purchase up to 3 units for each option.

Example: For S/S T-Shirt_Tokyo (Brown) (4 types in total), you can buy up to 3 of each type, totaling 12 shirts.

※ Time changes across different dates are possible only during the Change Period. After this period, you can only change to a different time slot on the same day, provided slots are available.

※ Change Period: April 3, 2026 (Fri) 20:00 – April 6, 2026 (Mon) 18:00

※ Please expect significant delays near the booth as the showtime approaches due to heavy crowds. To ensure a smooth pickup, we recommend reserving an earlier time slot and arriving at the booth with plenty of time to spare.

※ Advance payment and selection of a pickup time slot are mandatory for all orders.

※ There are no regional restrictions for purchasing. Customers without a concert ticket may also use the pickup service.

※ Any order not picked up during your reserved time will be canceled after the booth closes for the day.

※ We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. Please check your items and quantities immediately upon pickup. No claims will be accepted at a later date.

※ Exchanges for defective items can only be made at the booth on the day of pickup before the booth closes. You must present your [Order History] screen. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

※ Due to high traffic, page transitions may take some time.
