Please submit a shipping address via survey by Sun. April 16, 2023 (KST). Otherwise, the event gift will be sent to the address you entered when purchasing, starting on Wed. April 19, 2023 (KST).

- Autographed posters may have minor smudges from the autographs.

- Additional shipping of the autographed poster will not be available if it does not reach you the first time due to your circumstances, such as incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you (last name / first name / address / contact information), a recipient not being available to accept the delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery.

- The shipping schedule for the event gift may change under unexpected circumstances.

- Committing illegal transfer or sale of the autographed poster to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all BTS events in the future.

- 1 winner will receive 1 poster, personally signed by the artist.

- The event gift cannot be exchanged for a different product.

- The event gifts are produced based on the number of event winners, and therefore we are unable to exchange the gifts even if they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, you must send both the product and the gift if you are requesting a refund. If the gift is not sent, your refund will not be granted.

- The special gift will be delivered via Pantos (entrusted by WEVERSE COMPANY).
