If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so until Wed, October 9 (KST) on the Weverse app → More → My Orders → Order Details → Cancel Order. 

Once the raffle winners are announced, all orders you used to enter the event raffle will be set to "Preparing Products" status. You will not be able to cancel the order or request a refund even if you did not win the raffle.

We'll do our best to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
