[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

* In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ This event is subject to changes and cancellations.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

2. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 time for 1 participant), and the winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

3. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the wristband distribution may take a long time.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

6. We are not responsible for damages resulting from you sharing your own account information or others misusing your shared information. Please keep your account information safe.

7. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording on the stage.

8. In accordance with a request from the artist, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the venue to ensure the safety of everyone attending the event.

※ Prohibited items: Beverages and food, pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, knives, sharp objects, or any other items considered prohibited based on the judgment of the on-site staff.

9. Based on the event operation guidelines, there will be a mandatory security check and bag inspection when entering the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

10. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, or do not follow instructions, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

[Please Note (Offline fansign)]

1. You will receive an A3-sized mini-poster at the venue to get the autograph. You cannot get the autograph on items other than the mini poster provided at the venue.

2. The raffle winners can choose either their name or nickname for autographs. Please choose 1 name or nickname and write it down on a label you receive during the check-in process at the venue. If your nickname contains inappropriate words or phrases, the staff may restrict its use.

3. The poster will be autographed by the artist and handed to the raffle winner directly after the event ends.

4. * If you cannot attend the event, you may not receive the mini poster or the autograph by any other means.

5. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.
