- Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Wash it with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent, as synthetic detergents may damage or bleach the clothing. 2. Do not wash products with printings in hot water as the thin fabric may be damaged by other items in the wash. 3. Wash separately as color bleeding may occur. 4. Wash immediately when the product gets dirty or comes into contact with perspiration. 5. Do not use chlorine-based bleaching agents. 6. Do not soak the product in water for more than 10 minutes, and do not rub or wring out the product. 7. Please note that we are not responsible for products that have been damaged due to your mishandling, including but not limited to negligence, color loss through use of the bleach, and product deformation and shrinking through incorrect washing and drying. 8. We will not provide compensation for the damaged product if you have not followed the washing instructions on the care label. 9. The product may shrink when dried using high heat or hot air due to the nature of the fabric. Air drying is recommended. 10. The products made with cotton may grow lighter in color after washing. 11. The metal parts of the product may rust when washed with water. Avoid exposure to salt. 12. Avoid excessive pulling on the ribbed parts of the product, such as the cuffs and neckband, as this may cause stretching. 13. Loose threads may occur on the product and this is not a defect. Loose threads may be present between the seams of the product. This is a normal occurrence in mass-produced items and is not considered a product defect. Before using the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended.After trimming, the product will be ready to wear. 14. The outerwear material goes through an additional dyeing process, which inevitably causes color bleeding. Please be careful when you wear it with bright-colored products (bright-colored tops or bags), as the dye can rub off. 15. There may be creases depending on the material of the product. Also, creases may be caused by the packaging process. Please note that this is not a product defect. Ironing is recommended to remove creases. (Avoid ironing the decorative or printed parts of the product.)

- 商品与标示、广告内容不符，或存在瑕疵等未履行合同内容时，可在收到商品后3个月内、得知该事实之日或可能得知该事实之日起30日内，通过客服中心【咨询】撤销购买。
- 换货/退货费用
- 因购买者单纯变心而换货/退货时，由购买者承担运费。
- 因商品瑕疵或产品不一致、配送问题而换货/退货时，由卖家承担运费。

- 消费者损失赔偿及退款延迟赔偿
- 因商品瑕疵导致的换货、退货、A/S、退款、质量保证及损失赔偿等相关事项，将依据《消费者纠纷解决标准》（公平交易委员会公告）进行处理。
