You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse Shop and pick them up on-site. Please check below for details.

[How to Pre-order Official Merch and Pick Up On-site]

Weverse members can purchase the official merch on KYUHYUN Weverse Shop and pick them up at the 2025 KYUHYUN Concert ‘The Classic’ venue.

※ The concert ticket of the day is required at the MD booth.

Please be sure to bring your ticket of the day to pick up your purchases.

(For example, to pick up your merch on Fri, December 19, 2025, please purchase from the corresponding [Fri, December 19, 2025] category and bring the ticket of Fri, December 19, 2025, to the on-site pickup booth.)

※ Please check the pickup date within the category before making your purchase.

Purchases must be picked up on-site on the scheduled date.

(Purchases scheduled for pickup on Fri, December 19, 2025, will NOT be available for pickup on Sat, December 20, 2025. Orders not collected on the designated pickup date will be automatically cancelled.)

(Purchases scheduled for pickup on Sat, December 20, 2025, will NOT be available for pickup on the following day (Sun, December 21, 2025. Orders not collected on the designated pickup date will be automatically cancelled.)

How to Purchase Official Merch on Weverse & Pick Them Up On Site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → KYUHYUN → Purchase official merch from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

* For example, to pick up your merch on Fri, December 19, 2025, please select and purchase from the corresponding [Fri, December 19, 2025] category under PICK-UP.

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Visit the official merch pickup booth on your pickup date, and present your QR code to the staff at the pickup booth to receive your purchases.

Please Note

Weverse members can purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop during the pre-order period and pick it up at the concert venue.

All products may go out of stock early.

Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds and exchanges are only available at the on-site booth during the operation hours. Defective items can be exchanged after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead.

Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on-site.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
