But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- Due to the nature of the material, the decorations may be slightly smudged. The event prize cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- The event prize will be shipped to the address entered for the order that won the raffle.

- The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you used when you purchased the product. But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on the circumstances.

- If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission to any further events of NCT WISH.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
