Official merch will be available for purchase and pickup at the 2025 FTISLAND LIVE 'MAD HAPPY’ held at BLUE SQUARE SOL Travel Hall on Sat, August 23, 2025, and Sun, August 24, 2025 (KST). You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse Shop and pick them up on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse members can purchase the official merch on FTISLAND Weverse Shop and pick them up at the 2025 FTISLAND LIVE 'MAD HAPPY' venue.

How to purchase official merch on Weverse & pick them up on site

① Go to Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → FTISLAND → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the official merch pickup booth and receive your purchases.

* Buy the official merch and get 1 photocard (random 1 out of 6 versions) for every USD 23.61 (KRW 30,000, JPY 3,450, CNY 173.40, MXN 491.79) you spend. (e.g. Buy over USD 47.22 and get 2 photocards)

* Buy over USD 39.35 (KRW 50,000, JPY 5,750, CNY 289.00, MXN 819.65) for a chance to win an unreleased autographed Polaroid.

※ Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.


Please Note

Weverse members will be able to purchase products on Weverse Shop when they arrive within a 1.5-km radius of the 2025 FTISLAND LIVE 'MAD HAPPY' venue and pick them up at the venue.

All products may go out of stock early.

Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds and exchanges are only available at the on-site booth during the operation hours. Defective items can be exchanged after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose a version.)

Defective photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.

Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

For any other questions regarding on-site pickup, please find a staff member at the venue.


Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
