[How to Participate]
- Raffle Period: Wed, April 30, 2025, 3:00 PM - Sat, May 3, 2025, 11:59 PM (KST)
- Store: Weverse Shop
- Eligibility: All customers who purchased at least one copy of P1Harmony’s [VIDEO CALL FANSIGN] 8th Mini Album [DUH!] (D ver. / U ver.) on Weverse Global during the raffle period and entered the raffle.
※ Products other than [VIDEO CALL FANSIGN] are not eligible for this event raffle.
- Number of raffle winners: 30 winners
- The winners will be announced in a notice after Wed, May 7, 2025, 4:00 PM (KST). Customers can also check Event Entries page to check the result.
[Special Gift Event]
- Raffle participants: All customers who entered the raffle will get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 6 versions featuring each member) for each album they purchase.
* The special gift will be shipped together with your purchased item on the scheduled shipping start date.
- Raffle winners: 6 lucky winners will each receive an autographed instant photo of the artist (one photo per winner).
* Autographed Instant photos are produced based on the number of raffle winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.
* Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may slightly be smudged.
* If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission for any further events of the artist.
* If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.
[Fansign Details]
1. This event offers the raffle winners an individual video call with the artist.
Please ensure your mobile phone supports video calls and prepare for it in advance.
- Please stay ready and wait for your video call on your mobile phone.
- Please end the video call with the artist once the given time is over.
- Each winner will have a total of 9 minutes for the video call, with 1 minute and 30 seconds for each member.
The video call will automatically move to the next member after 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Lucky winners of the special gift event will receive it with their autographed albums after the event ends.
[How to Enter the Raffle]
※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after submission. Please make sure your information (KakaoTalk ID, date of birth, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and error-free. Weverse is not responsible for any damages caused by the submission of incorrect information.
You can enter the raffle on Weverse.
Buy the product on Weverse Shop and enter the raffle event on Weverse with the same ID you used to purchase the product. You need to provide the following personal information in order to enter the raffle.
- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)
- Date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD format)
- KakaoTalk ID
- Valid mobile phone number
※ You must manually enter the raffle on Weverse in order to participate in the fansign event raffle.
※ The number of albums you ordered on Weverse Global (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times.
※ If you cancel all of your order(s) on Weverse Shop after entering the raffle, your raffle participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate.
(For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.)
※ All album sales on Weverse Shop will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).
※ This event may be changed without prior notice.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ Products exclusive to this event raffle cannot be canceled or refunded after the winner announcement.
※ Cancellations and refunds of products exclusively for this event are possible before the winner announcement at the end of the entry period. However, if you request a cancellation or refund, your raffle entries for the event may be invalidated.
1. You must be logged in to Weverse with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join P1Harmony Weverse using the same account you used to purchase the album.
2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap Enter Raffle on the announcement posted on P1Harmony Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.
3. The raffle will be processed based on the time of album purchase and raffle entry within the event period.
4. The winner announcement and the event participation will be processed based on the required information you provided.
5. For those with nationalities other than South Korea, the English name used to participate in the event must be the same as the English name on your ID. Please note that the name used for the raffle entry must match the name on your ID or passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)
6. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Global will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, contact information, and KakaoTalk ID).
* The winners will be required to provide additional personal information as follows:
: Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, date of birth, and KakaoTalk ID
: Purpose of collecting personal information: Identity verification and event operation of P1Harmony 8th Mini Album [DUH!] Pre-order Customers Video Call Fansign Event
: Personal information provided to: FNC ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd.
: Duration of keeping and using personal information: 6 months after the winner announcement for the raffle participants, and 1 year after the event ends for the raffle winners
7. In accordance with Weverse Company's policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is open to those aged 14 or older (born before May 13, 2011). Those born after May 14, 2011, are not permitted to enter even when accompanied by a guardian.
[Please Note (For raffle winners)]
1. The video call fansign event will be conducted online via KakaoTalk video call, so please ensure your mobile phone supports this feature and prepare for it in advance.
2. The video call will only use the contact information and KakaoTalk ID you provided during raffle entry. Each winner will receive a video call of the same duration.
3. When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App), student ID (elementary school, middle school, high school) or national certificate with an ID photo and date of birth.
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)
* Other IDs (e.g., photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.
* Student ID (including college student ID) will not be accepted unless you are a minor with South Korean nationality.
(1) Minors with South Korean nationality: South Korean Youth Card, passport, Student ID (elementary school, middle school, high school) or national certificate with an ID photo and date of birth
(2) Adults with South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license
(3) Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)
* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.
* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired to be considered valid.
* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.
* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.
* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.
* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.
* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.
* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process, such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
4. If you miss the video call more than twice, it will be considered a no-show. Please make sure to check the event date and time and enter the raffle only if you are available at that time.
5. As with offline events, only the raffle winners are eligible for this video call. Attempting to connect with non-winners will lead to immediate call termination without warning.
6. If more than one person appears or anyone other than the raffle winner participates, the video call will end.
7. We ask for your cooperation to ensure the smooth running of the event. Please note that staff may intervene if any behavior is deemed excessively disruptive to the proceedings, even if not specifically listed above.
8. You will get autographs from all the members with "To. [the name you provided upon raffle entry, in Korean or English]."
9. To ensure you can focus on your conversation with the member during the allotted time, you are not allowed to request any messages other than your name.
10. This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

[Shipping Notice]
1. Albums purchased during the raffle period will be shipped in sequence after the raffle entry period ends, excluding one album needed to participate in the fansign event.
2. One of the albums you purchased will be autographed for the fansign event, and the autograph will be on a designated page within the album. By entering the raffle, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph.
3. Autographed albums for winners will be shipped after the video call fansign event. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g., incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse may issue a refund when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.
4. The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).
