[How to Pre-order Weverse Official Merch and Pick Up On-site]
① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → Weverse Con Festival → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category
② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code
③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site PICKUP BOOTH and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit
- You can purchase up to 10 per product.

Please be aware that this product is distinct from the version available for pre-order with shipping.
You can purchase these products without watching the performances.
All products may go out of stock early.
Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.
Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.
Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)
For exchanges after the booth operation hours, please contact Help on Weverse.
A refund may be issued if there’s insufficient stock for an exchange and the same special gift with the same member’s image will be provided for exchanges. (You cannot choose the version of the special gift.)
The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.
Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.
There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.
Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
