Official Merch will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival, at Discovery Park and INSPIRE Arena in the INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, Incheon, South Korea, on Sat. June 15, 2024, and Sun. June 16, 2024. You can pre-purchase the products on weverse shop to pick up at the site. Please check below for details.

: Customers who purchase the merch on the day and pick them up at the venue can get 1 Wappen patch per artist, regardless of the number of your orders and purchased products.

(ex. If you purchase 2 [10CM] Baseball Jerseys + 2 [BOYNEXTDOOR] Baseball Jerseys, totaling 4 products, you will receive 1 [10CM] Wappen patch + 1 [BOYNEXTDOOR] Wappen patch, totaling 2 patches.)

How to Buy Official Merch on weverse shop and Pick Up On-site

① weverse → Shop on the bottom left → Weverse Con Festival (GLOBAL) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit:

- You can purchase up to 3 per person for each product.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Please Note

- weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on weverse shop → Weverse Con Festival (GLOBAL) when they are within a 5-km radius of the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival venue and pick them up on-site.

- All products may go out of stock early.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.

- AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival official merch are available for purchase only on weverse shop. Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Please ask on-site staff for help with questions regarding on-site pickup.
