How to purchase official light sticks on Weverse Shop & pick up on site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → Weverse Con Festival → Pickup_Light Stick category → Purchase products with the PICKUP tag.

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Please Note

※ Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.

Please Note

AMPERS&ONE, CUTIE STREET, Ha Hyun Sang, P1Harmony, and PLAVE Official Light Sticks are available only for on-site pickup on Weverse.

Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on Weverse Con Festival Weverse Shop when they are within a 3-km radius of the 2026 Weverse Con Festival venue and pick them up at the venue.

The QR code provided on Weverse Shop is for your personal use only. Presenting a printed copy or a captured image of the QR code will not be accepted.

No additional identity verification will be conducted at the booth. To prevent unauthorized pickup, please do not share your QR code or expose it to others.

Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.

Do not purchase illegal replica official light sticks. The official light sticks are available for purchase only at the official light stick booth at the 2026 Weverse Con Festival venue, Weverse Shop, and the official pop-up. Please be aware that purchasing unauthorized products may result in damage or other issues.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

All products may go out of stock early.

Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation hours. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead.

Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
