[How to Check If You’ve Won]

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must be issued by the head of a government office.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Autographed Album]

- One (random) of the albums you purchased will be autographed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends. (You cannot choose the version of the album.)

* If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within two weeks after the fansign event. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g. incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse may issue a refund when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

[Please Note]

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

2. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

3. Sticky notes for the artists will not be accepted at the fansign. Please do not make requests such as “draw me something” or “write a message for me” to the artist.

4. The raffle winners can choose either the name they used to enter the raffle or their nickname for the autograph. You cannot mix your name and nickname. Once you make a selection, the same name will be used for all autographs by all members. If your nickname contains inappropriate words or phrases, the staff may restrict its use.

5. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

6. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos and hand them over to the staff during the ID verification process before entering the venue. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice. (Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.)

7. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

8. You can take photos and videos from your seat during the fansign event. However, filming or recording while waiting for your turn or on the stage, and asking the artist to pose for a selfie or an instant photo (Polaroid), are not allowed. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave.

9. Participants who violate the guidelines and etiquette may be restricted from participating in the event or escorted off the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners.

10. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.
