- 即使申请换货，若卖家无换货商品库存，则无法进行换货。这时将取消该商品订单，并以结账时选择的支付方式进行退款。
- 消费者损失赔偿及退款延迟赔偿
- 因商品瑕疵导致的换货、退货、A/S、退款、质量保证及损失赔偿等相关事项，将依据《消费者纠纷解决标准》（公平交易委员会公告）进行处理。
