Congratulations to all the raffle winners! The raffle winners will receive a separate message on their KakaoTalk ID detailing how to move forward with the fansign.

One album out of your ordered albums will be signed and delivered after the fansign. (You cannot choose which version or which CD gets signed.)

[Please Note (Video call fansign)]

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. 

2. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk message before the event starts. Please prepare your smart device or PC and wait for your turn. Learn how to receive video calls before this event. Make sure your device has enough battery and that your network is stable. Try to find a quiet environment where you can be alone to receive the video call.

3. Before you can talk to the artist via video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready. Your valid photo ID must show your name, your photo, and the date of your birth. If the information does not match your information with the raffle, your video call fansign participation will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) are not allowed.

* Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.

* A screenshot of your mobile driver's license will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the venue.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

4. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant), and the winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

5. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

6.  When entering the raffle, WEVERSE COMPANY will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to ADOR Co., Ltd. and Hybe Co., Ltd. (The information of raffle applicants will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended, and the information of raffle winners will be retained for a year.)

Please Note (For shipping)

1. The albums you ordered during the event period and the order(s) that include the albums will be delivered after the event ends.  

2. One (random) of the albums purchased will be signed by the artist. Please be aware that it will be considered you accept that your album will be opened to be signed by the artist.

3. The signed album will be delivered to the participating raffle winner after the video call fansign. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name / first name / address / contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate custom duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

[ Video Call Fansign Etiquette ]

Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant). If the receiver of the video call is not the raffle winner, or if two or more people appear on the video call receiver screen, your video call fansign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

2. Please be careful not to take the following actions. If you fail to comply, your video call fansign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

• Calling the event staff
• Closing the video call window during your video call
• Not ending the video call even after you have talked to all available members 

3. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist.

4. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Requesting the artist to sign the album with a different message other than your name, requesting the artist to say inappropriate things or do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of your video call.

5. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be terminated without warning. The video call recordings will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.

6. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for other participants.

7. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the fansign by recording or screen-capturing the video call. Streaming the video call or recording with other devices is not permitted. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.
