Payment Error and Cancellation Issues Revolved

First of all, we would like to make a sincere apology for the issues that occurred just after BTS WORLD TOUR 'LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF' [THE FINAL]Merch went for sale on Weply on October 8, 2019.


As we have mentioned in our previous communication, since 11 AM (KST) we experienced a high number of access and payment attempts, which caused a payment issue. We have consequently contacted the payment company and carried out the appropriate issue recovery protocol.

As of now, Weply is back in normal service.

If you missed the deadline to get the BRING THE SOUL: DOCU-SERIES Gift, which ended at 6 PM (KST) today, due to today's issues, please wait for our upcoming announcement regarding the how and when to purchase the DOCU-SERIES and the gift

We are currently experiencing payment issues due to a high number of payment attempts for BTS WORLD TOUR 'LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF' [ THE FINAL ] Merch.


Right now we identified that there are two issues:

1) Customers cannot access the payment page.

2) Even though the payment was processed, it gets canceled automatically. (In this case, customers must order again as the canceled orders are void)


We are currently in contact with the payment company to resolve the issues above to bring Weply back in service as soon as possible.

Please note that issue resolution may cause intermittent downtime, which will stop you from accessing Weply.
