※ This fansign is carried out in two parts with 25 people each(based on the winning number),  to comply with social distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID 19. You can attend the event only at the allocated time. 

※ You cannot enter other than the allocated time, and your entry will be restricted once the event begins. 

※This event complies with the prevention measure issued by the South Korean government. Also, please note that the number of participants of the event is subject to the local government’s decision over the level of social distancing measures. The event may be cancelled thereof, without a prior notice. 

Admission Information

1. Admission wristband and seat ticket will be given out at 17:30 (for part 1) and 19:00 (for part 2),

Entrance to the venue will start at 18:20 (for part 1) and 19:50 (for part 2)

(All time schedules are based on KST and subject to change.)

2. Only the raffle winner can enter the fansign venue, and the admission will be restricted if you lose the wristband and/or seat ticket.

3. Raffle winners’ QR code will be checked upon admission. You can find the QR code by tapping 'More' button (···) on the top right corner on NU’EST Weverse and NU’EST Event Applications. Screenshot images of the QR code will not be accepted; please open the QR code on Weverse App on site.

4. You cannot enter or exit the venue during the fansign except when going to the toilet. Please have your wristband and seat ticket to enter or exit the venue during the fansign.

COVID-19 Prevention At The Venue

1. For the safety of participants, you will go through the COVID-19 screening by the staff and will be restricted from entering the venue on the day of fansign if…

- you have contacted one or more people with COVID-19 OR someone who contacted one or more people with COVID-19.

- you show symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, and other respiratory/pulmonary diseases.

- you have been to places where one or more people with COVID-19 visited in the last 14 days.

- you have visited another country in the last 14 days from the date of the fansign. 

- you did not finish your 14-day quarantine after entering South Korea from overseas. 

2. Before entering the venue, you must complete the medical checkup form and your temperature will be measured. If your temperature is over 37.5°C or you show symptoms of cough, sore throat, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter the venue and will be restricted from the fansign.

3. On the day of the fansign, you must check in with the QR code entry log and complete the medical checkup form for COVID-19 prevention. Please make sure that you complete the form truthfully as false information or intentional omission of information will result in penalties in accordance with the South Korean “INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT.” Furthermore, on the day of the fansign, all medical information must be up to date. To ensure that the event goes ahead smoothly, please complete the form before entering the venue.

4. You must wear a mask at all times at the venue. Otherwise, you will be restricted from the venue.

5. If you are found not wearing a mask or having food or drinks, other than water, at the venue, you will be banned from the event. In such a case, you cannot cancel or refund your album purchase. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times during the event.

6. For the COVID-19 prevention, the seats during the fansign will be socially distanced, and a transparent partition will be placed between the artists and the fans. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention measures such as wearing a mask or washing hands frequently.

7. As a part of COVID-19 prevention, we restrict the following behaviors such as trying to start a conversation with the artists with a loud voice, shouting, chanting, and standing up. Please show your support for the artists with big rounds of applause.

8. If you did not win the raffle, please do not visit the proximity around the fansign venue for the COVID-19 prevention.

Please Note (If you won the raffle)

※ NU’EST members JR, Baekho, Minhyn, and Ren will participate in the fansign.

1. Please have your valid ID ready to enter the fansign.

- South Korean citizen: Resident Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Youth Card (Issued by the local community center)

- The rest: Passport or Alien Registration Card

2. Participants with a nationality other than South Korea can complete the ID check with the name on their passport ONLY.

3. Name, photo, and date of birth on the ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if there is any mismatch with the raffle entry.

4. Only the raffle winner can participate in the fansign once and the winning raffle cannot be sold or transferred to another person. (If found, you will be restricted from the fansign and will not be able to participate in other NU’EST events.)

5. This fansign will be carried out with NU'EST The 2nd Album Romanticize Ver.3 This Moment and only the designated page of the album will be signed.

6. Albums that will be signed will be prepared by the staff members on site, and will be handed out to fans once it is signed. (*other albums, such as albums that fans bring with, cannot be signed.)

7. We do not accept post-its. If you have any questions, please ask the members directly and briefly. Members can answer your question in a short form on the page of the album.

8. Due to social distancing measures, flower wreaths, headband, character hats, and other goods cannot be given to the artists. Only hand-written letters can be given to the artist by putting them in a box in front of the entrance.

9.You can make a personal video or audio while you are on your seat, but you cannot take any pictures or record any video when you are on the line or when your album is being signed. Also, you cannot take a selfie with the artist posing for you, neither can you take instant pictures such as polaroids. Please note that if found, all the recorded data and pictures will be discarded and confiscated, while you will be restricted from the fansign.

10. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced along with the winners. Changing seats in any way will be strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the staff may result in restriction from the fansign.

11. If you move your seats, or install cameras or tripod in other places, you will be immediately kicked out so please comply with the staff members.

12. If you cannot or do not attend the fansign, only a signed album will be shipped to you.
