We would like to confirm the attendance of raffle winners for the smooth operation of the event. We kindly ask winners to respond to e-mails sent out individually and fill out the form.

Please make sure that you confirm the attendance to the event by 21 April 2021, 11AM (KST) by responding to the e-mail sent out to you individually. Also, please fill in the form sent out to you by e-mail. If you fail to respond to the e-mail, you cannot attend the event. For further information, please check the below.

* Raffle prize: Invitation to NU'EST The 2nd Album Romanticize Pre-order Video Call Fansign (one for one person) and member-signed CD.

*Special Gift: All the raffle winners will receive one griptok per person. The griptok is designed after the album artwork. The gift will be sent out to winners along with singed albums after the event ends.  

* Fansign date and time: 23 April 2021, 8 PM (KST)~ Will proceed in the order of the listed winners above

* Event channel: KakaoTalk (With KakaoTalk ID submitted for the raffle entry)

* Fansign process: One-on-one video call meeting for one minute with each NU’EST members. (Members are allocated exactly one minute per person.)

* Shipping date for the signed album: Ver.3 This Moment will be signed among the albums pre-ordered, and it will be delivered after the fansign. 

* How to Respond to the Email & More Info

1. Raffle winners will receive an email to confirm your attendance and to verify your identity.

2. Please provide all the required information for attendance confirmation and identity verification by clicking the URL in the email.

3. Due date: 21 April 2021, 11AM (KST)

4. Late responses will not be accepted.

5. Required information: Attendance confirmation, name for identification, KakaoTalk ID, and date of birth, and a phone number.

6. If you have not received the email from us by 20 April, 2021, 11:59 PM (KST) despite being selected as a raffle winner, please contact us through Weverse Shop Customer Service.

7. To participate in the fansign, the following information must match: 1) The information provided for the ID verification (name and date of birth); 2) information on the valid IDs; 3) the raffle winner information provided on Weverse Shop.

*Please Note (Video call fansign)

 1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk message before the event starts. Please wait for your turn and make sure that your network is stable.

2. Before receiving the video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your photo ID ready, such as passport, South Korean Resident Card, and South Korean Youth Card. (Student ID is not allowed)

3. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can be verified by the name in English only under their passport. (Valid passports or Alien Registration Card accepted / Student IDs and other IDs NOT accepted)

4. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match with your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied.

5. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If the participant is not the raffle winner or if two or more people participate in the fansign, the video call will end prematurely.

6. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call may end prematurely. Please read and understand the fansign etiquette before participating. If the participant commits foul language, profanity, and insults, or other inappropriate actions, the video call will end prematurely.

7. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.

8. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do call during the event hours, you may be restricted from the event.

9. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.

10. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.

11. The personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number) for raffle entry and the video call recording will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended.

12. Participants can record and own data such as videos, screen-captures, voices, and images of the event personally, but cannot sell, transact, or upload the video, images, and voice content online. Live-streaming the video call or recording with other devices is not permitted. If you are found of committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to delete the content.

13. If you are found of duplicating, transferring, or selling the seat ticket, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied entry to all events with NU’EST in the future.

14. The event can be changed or canceled without notice.

Please Note (During the event)

1. The selected album and page will be signed with your name (“TO. Your name” format). If you ask a separate request when they are signing your album, your video call can be concluded. (Nicknames and other names not allowed) 

2. The album used for this event will be NU'EST 2nd Album ‘Romanticize’ Ver.3 This Moment.

3. Only the selected page of the Ver. 3 album will be signed.

4. Please have your ID ready for verification when entering the event.

  ※ Accepted IDs

• If you have South Korean nationality: Resident card, driver’s license, passport (issued before 21 December 2020), and/or youth card (issued from the community center)
• (Those with passports issued after 21 December 2020 must present the passport and the passport information certificate.)
• If you do not have South Korean nationality: Passport and/or alien registration card

* Other IDs (student IDs, etc) will not be accepted

* All accepted IDs must be valid and not expired.

5. Name, photo, and date of birth must be shown on the ID, and must match the information provided when entering the raffle.

6. Requests to artists to do things other than signing the album, such as drawing and writing postscripts, are not accepted.

7. When the timer rings after 1 minute during the event, the video call will be transferred to the next member.

8. Only 1 person is allowed during the video call, and the call will be concluded if people other than the raffle winner appear.

9. You will not be reconnected to the video call if the video call is ended due to low battery or other reasons.

10. You cannot live stream the event, but you can keep the photos, and video and audio recording during the video call. (However, uploading them on social media is restricted and can be punished.)

11. Taking pictures, or recording audio and video of the event with devices other than your mobile phone used for the video call is prohibited.

12. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you do so, you may be denied from participating in the event.

13. Making inappropriate requests, asking personal questions, insulting or blaming the members, etc will not be accepted, and the video call will be concluded.

14. This event is a precious time for NU’EST and the fans. Please read and understand the above for the smooth proceeding of the event. If the staff deems any of your actions to be inappropriate for the event, you will be restricted from the event.
