- The special gift will be shipped together with your purchases.

- The special gift cannot be exchanged for other products.

- Exchange/refund of your purchases due to defective special gifts is not available.

- If you request an exchange of your purchases that include special gifts, you must return the product only (excluding the special gifts). When exchanging, the gifts will not be resent.

- If you request a refund of your purchases that came with special gifts, you must return both the product and the special gifts. If the special gifts are not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
