※ Canceling your album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport, South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Resident Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

[Special Gift Details🎁]

※ For Raffler Participants

- The raffle participants will get 1 random unreleased individual member photocard (random 1 out of 9 total) per album they purchased.

* The special gifts will be shipped together with your purchases.

* The offline fansign special gifts for raffle participants are identical to the video call fansign special gifts for raffle participants. The raffle participants will receive the special gifts (random photocards) regardless of whether you entered the offline fansign raffle, video call fansign raffle, or both. The number of photocards will be based on the number of albums you purchased.

※ For Raffle Winners

- All raffle winners will get a Weverse Shop emblem featuring 9 selfies of individual members taken at the fansign venue.

* Go to Weverse Shop > My > My NX > Rewards to check your emblem.

* The emblem will be sent after the end of &TEAM 2nd EP [First Howling : WE] offline fansign. Please make sure that the account you joined the &TEAM Weverse and entered the raffle with is the same as your Weverse Shop account to receive the emblem.

* The emblem sending date may be delayed depending on the circumstances.

※ Unauthorized and/or illegal use of the emblem content is punishable by law.

※ The emblem and its content are available exclusively for winners of &TEAM 2nd EP [First Howling : WE] offline fansign raffle. They are for personal possession only. Unauthorized distribution and/or modification of the emblem content are prohibited.

※ Special Gift Exchange / Refund Guideline

- The special gifts are not products for sale, but a gift for those who enter the fansign raffle and those who won the raffle.

- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the special gift cannot be exchanged.

- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

[Please Note]

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The raffle winners must have the wristband, which includes the winning raffle number. (If you lose your wristband, you will not be allowed to participate in the fansign.)

2. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

3. The name you entered into the raffle will be signed by the artist and signed only on the album.

4. Post-it notes will not be accepted by the artist at this fansign. You will not be allowed to make requests (such as "draw me something") to the artist. The artist will autograph your album only. You are allowed to bring memos to remind yourself of the things you want to say to the artist. But you are not allowed to attach the memo to your album, or use the memo to ask the artist to sign a name that is not yours, or write inappropriate requests on the memo. In such cases, the memo will be retrieved by the staff before the artist autographs your album.

5. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods in random spots are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

6. You can only give letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.

7. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice.

8. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording while getting your album signed on stage.

9. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

10. The signed albums will be delivered via INNOMAS and Pantos (entrusted by WEVERSE COMPANY).

11. Participants who violate the guidelines and etiquette may be restricted from participating in the event or escorted off the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners.

12. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.
