- You can cancel your membership purchase within 7 days of payment via More (☰) → Order History → Order Details. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will be recovered.
- The online membership card image will be updated only for newly subscribed or renewed membership holders. If your previous membership is still valid, your online membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL) for an artist, each membership renews independently based on the respective purchase date.
- The Hwangdo MEMBERSHIP GIFT sold on Weverse Shop is available year-round while stocks last. One account (ID) can purchase up to one gift during the membership period. The Hwangdo MEMBERSHIP GIFT is available in limited quantities, and the sale will end automatically when stocks run out.
