Weverse members can pre-purchase the albums and merch on SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the pre-purchase period and pick them up at the venue of SEVENTEEN M12 Pop-Up en Ciudad de México.

Pick-up Date and Time (CST): 

- Fri, October 18, 2024 - Sun, October 20, 2024, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

How to Purchase Album/Merch And Make a Reservation to Pick Them Up

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your order number

③ Select [Manage Pick-ups]

④ Find available timeslots on the reservation status page, and select one (date and time) to make a reservation.


Please Note

* Customers who purchase the On-Site Pick-up products can reserve a timeslot to visit.

* If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.

* You can visit only once per person. You must pick up all your purchases at once.

* You cannot pick up a part of your purchases or make another reservation on another time and date. 

* You can find available timeslots on the reservation status page.

* You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your timeslot ends.


How to Pick Up Albums & Official Merch

① Make a reservation, and visit the pop-up store at the reserved date and time.

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.


Special Gifts for Pick Up Customers 

- Only the customers who pre-purchase albums and official merch and pick them up on-site can get special gifts.


For Album Customers

- Buy Seventeen 12th Mini Album RANDOM, or Weverse Albums Ver. and get 1 unreleased photocard (random 1 out of 13 versions)

- Buy Seventeen 12th Mini Album SET and get 4 unreleased photocards (random 4 out of 13 versions)

* 10th Mini Album [FML] and 11th Mini Album [SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN] do not provide any special gifts.


For Official Merch Customers

- Buy over MXN 700 (KRW 49,000 / USD 36.82 / JPY 6,127 / CNY 284) and get 1 unreleased photocard (random 1 out of 13 versions) for every MXN 700 you spend

* Customers who purchase Merch over MXN 700 will get special gifts. Please note that album purchases will not be included in the amount.

* The unreleased photocard special gifts feature different images from those provided for album customers.


Purchase Limit

- For Albums, you can purchase 6 RANDOMs, 3 SETs, and 13 copies of Carat Ver. for each title.

- For TRADING CARD SET, you can purchase up to 10.

- For Patch, you can purchase up to 3 for each option per account.

- For products other than the albums, TRADING CARD SET, and PATCH, you can purchase up to 3 per product.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.


Please Note

- 10th Mini Album [FML] and 11th Mini Album [SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN] do not provide any special gifts.

- The unreleased photocard special gifts feature different images from those provided for album customers.

Please Note

Weverse Shop members can purchase the albums and official merch on Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the venue.

All products may go out of stock early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the pop-up store venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective. 

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.


Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
