※ Please use public transportation as the traffic is heavy and there are a limited number of parking spots available in the vicinity of the event site.

※ Participating Members (Unit A): S.COUPS, JOSHUA, JUN, WONWOO, SEUNGKWAN, and VERNON

※ Only the raffle winners for the members in each unit can enter the venue.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

[Special Gift for the Raffle Winners🎁]

- All the raffle winners will get 1 phone grip per person featuring the official individual photo of a member in Unit A (randomly selected).

* The special gift will be provided at the fansign event venue.

* The special gift will be made in limited quantity and an exchange will not be available.

※ Unit A of the SEVENTEEN members (S.COUPS, JOSHUA, JUN, WONWOO, SEUNGKWAN, and VERNON) will participate in this event.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. If you are found copying, selling or transferring the wristband with your seat number or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with SEVENTEEN in the future.

3. You will get the autograph on a copy of SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album [SPILL THE FEELS]. You may select a page you want to get signed within the album. Please note, however, that you can select from individual member pages.

(* On the day of the event, please pick up the album and index markers at the venue and use the markers to mark the page you want to get signed. You may bring your own index markers.)

4. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs. (* You can get an autograph only in the albums that are prepared for you at the venue. You are not allowed to ask for an autograph on any other items.)

5. The raffle winners can choose either the name they used to enter the raffle or their nickname for autographs. You cannot mix your name and nickname. Once you make a selection, the same name will be used for all autographs by all members. If your nickname contains inappropriate words or phrases, the staff may restrict its use.

6. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album and a special gift for the raffle winners (a phone grip) will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Weverse Company reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances. * The special gift will be made in limited quantity and an exchange will not be available. Defective products are eligible for an exchange.

7. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.

8. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice.

(Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.)

9. You can take photos and videos from your seat during the fansign event. However, filming or recording while waiting for your turn or during the signing, and asking the artist to pose for a selfie or an instant photo (Polaroid), are not allowed. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave.

10. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

11. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

12. The albums you ordered during the event period, excluding the 1 album necessary for the fansign autographs, will be delivered to the address you submitted with your order after the release date. The raffle winners can receive the autographed album at the venue after the fansign ends.

13. The start time of the fansign event is subject to change depending on the on-site situation.

14. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.
