[Please Note (Transportation)]

1. Please use public transportation as the traffic is heavy and there are a limited number of parking spots available in the vicinity of the event site.

2. Underground parking is available at Baekyangnuri (The Commons), Yonsei University, but spaces are limited.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

1. According to Weverse Company’s policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is available for those aged 14 or older (born before June 8, 2011). Those born after June 9, 2011, are not permitted to enter even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare, as the wristband distribution process may take longer than expected.

3. The wristband cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be denied admission.)

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You may take photos and videos at the venue. However, you must stay in your designated seat.

6. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats before/during the event is strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

7. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

8. The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of winner information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.

9. Drinks and food are prohibited inside the venue, and hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, pets, flower bouquets, balloons, etc. are also restricted.

10. Please note that the event may include dynamic lighting effects, including flashing lasers. Participants who are sensitive to light may have to take necessary precautions. If you experience any discomfort or unusual reactions, please seek assistance from staff nearby.

11. Please avoid using flashes or excessively bright LED devices within the venue, as these may cause discomfort to other participants. If you do not follow the guidelines, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

12. This event may be recorded by PLEDIS Entertainment Co., Ltd. and expose participants in the video content, depending on filming and editing. Please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your field of view.

13. Depending on the filming, the faces and voices of the participants may be exposed in the content, and by participating in the event, you will be considered to have agreed to provide indefinite permission to use the content. The filming may be appropriately edited and corrected for the purpose of the content.

14. The gift provided to the event winners will not be provided or shipped if you do not attend the event.
