How to purchase OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse & pick up on site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → LE SSERAFIM → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the ALBUM PICKUP BOOTH and receive your purchases.

Please Note

- The unreleased photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases feature different images for each version.

- Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.

- The special gifts may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

Please Note

Weverse members can purchase the album on Weverse Shop upon arrival within a 2.5 km radius of the LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT’ IN INCHEON concert venue and pick it up on-site.

Please note that albums may sell out early.

Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup hours will be automatically canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation hours. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose the version.)

Defective photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.

Please note that Sales hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit to each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, CNY or MXN, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
