※ Winner verification numbers are given for the identity verification process, and they are not given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check the time for your number and be ready for the winner's identity verification.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

※ Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied. (Photocopies, photos, and certified copies are not allowed.)

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. According to the Weverse Company policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for 14-year-olds and older (must be born on or before March 13, 2011). Minors under the age (born on or after March 14, 2011) cannot participate even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

6. The event may be recorded in videos by SOURCE MUSIC Co., Ltd. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

7. All copyright infringements, including but not limited to taking photos and videos, voice recording, audio and video live-streaming, are strictly prohibited. You cannot bring any electronic devices that can record audio and/or video, except your mobile phone. If you are found committing the violations above, the staff will proceed to destroy your data and you will be escorted off the premises.

※ For customers who enter the raffle on this website, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified in the admission process. The QR code can be found by going to LE SSERAFIM Weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page. A screenshot will be not considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse Shop/ Weverse account.
