[How to Check If You’ve Won]

Go to GFRIEND Weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page and check your result.

※ Canceling your album order after the event winner announcement will result in exclusion from the raffle and you will not be able to participate in the event.

※ Please use public transportation as the traffic is heavy and there are a limited number of parking spots available in the vicinity of the event site.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification


- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.


※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

- One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.


[Special Gift for the Raffle Winners🎁] 

Participants can enter a raffle at the venue on the fansign day. Three lucky winners will each receive a group instant photo of the artist (one photo per winner). Only participants who come to the venue are eligible to enter the raffle.

* If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission for every further events of GFRIEND.

* The special gift is available exclusively for the raffle winners. They are for personal possession only. Unauthorized distribution and/or modification are prohibited.

* The special gifts are unexchangeable and will be provided randomly for you.

* The special gifts are made based on the number of the raffle winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

* If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

[Please Note]

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.


1. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

2. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 time for 1 participant), and the winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

3. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

4. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by staff before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted including food.

5. The raffle winners can choose either the name they used to enter the raffle or their nickname for autographs. You cannot mix your name and nickname. Once you make a selection, the same name will be used for all autographs by all members. If your nickname contains inappropriate words or phrases, the staff may restrict its use.

6. Sticky notes for the artists will not be accepted at the fansign. Please do not make requests such as “draw me something” or “write a message for me” to the artist. If you have something to say to the artist, you may bring a note for yourself, such as a short script. However, if you attach the note to the album, or if the note contains requests to sign a name that is not yours or includes other inappropriate content, the note will be collected by the staff before the artist signs the album.

7. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos, but they must be confirmed by the staff at the venue before being handed to the artists. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. You can retrieve your props when exiting the venue after the fansign ends.This rule is subject to change without prior notice. (Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.) 

8. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording on the stage.

9. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs. 

* You can get an autograph only in the albums that are prepared for you at the venue. You are not allowed to ask for an autograph on any other items. 

10. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered within 2 weeks after the event ends to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Weverse Company reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The signed albums will be delivered via INNOMAS (entrusted by Weverse Company).

11. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

12. Flowers, bubble makers, and firecrackers are not allowed at the venue. If you bring them, the staff may ask for your cooperation.
