Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pickup

Weverse Shop account holders can purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, and pick up their purchases at the 2022 fromis_9 Concert [LOVE FROM.] concert site.

How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site

① Weverse Shop - fromis_9 (GLOBAL) - Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category.

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick-up zone, and receive your purchases.

Please Note

□ Sales are limited to concert ticket holders for each day.

□ Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merch from Weverse Shop GLOBAL when you are within 2.5 km (1.5 miles) of the 2022 fromis_9 Concert [LOVE FROM.] venue, and pick up your order on site.

□ Please make your way to the pick up zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.

□ The merch available for purchase through Weverse Shop app are identical to the merch available for purchase at the on-site merch booth.

□ All items may sell out early.

□ Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at pick-up zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

□ You can purchase only 1 Love From Light Stick.

□ You can purchase up to 5 LUCKY DRAWS.

□ For items with no options (excluding Love From LIght Stick and LUCKY DRAWS), you can buy up to 3 per product. For items with options, you can buy up to 3 per option.

(e.g., For S/S T-SHIRTS, you can purchase up to 12 shirts – 3 shirts per size.)

□ Please check for any defects when you pick up your purchases. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock on-site on that day.

□ Please have your receipt ready when exchanging defective products. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

□ The booth operation hours and the availability of the official merch are subject to change.

□ Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
