* Availability and Shipping (KST)

- Pre-order Period: Fri. September 23, 2022, 6:00 PM - Tue. October 4, 2022, 6:00 PM

- Shipping: Begins on Thu. November 24, 2022 (global shipping available)

※ Please note that the 2nd round of merch items will be order-made based on the number of orders we receive, which means the manufacturing and shipping process will take longer than the 1st round.

※ Some items may be sold out earlier due to limited quantity.

* Please Note

- For products with options, you can buy only 5 for each option.

- For products that do not have any options, you can buy up to 5.

- 2022 fromis_9 concert [LOVE FROM.] official merch will be available for on-site purchase and on-site pick-up at the concert venue (KBS Arena) from Fri. September 30, 2022 - Sun. October 2, 2022 (KST). More information will follow.

- This merch is sold on a consignment basis, thus it cannot be shipped together with other products.

- Shipping to some countries may be unavailable due to the COVID-19 outbreak. For more information regarding shipping delays and restrictions, please check the announcement on Weverse Shop.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering a South Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.
