* Video Call Fansign Raffle Winners: The video call fansign will proceed in the order of the event application. Go to fromis_9 Weverse and tap More(···) button on the top right > fromis_9 event application page.
* Fansign date and time: Thu. January 20, 2022, 9:00 pm (KST)
* Raffle prize: One-on-one video call + signed CD + a special gift
※ Special Gift
- All customers who enter the raffle will receive 1 random undisclosed photocard.
- 1 photocard per album (random member)
- The special gifts for raffle entry are different from pre-order special gifts. The raffle entry special gifts are provided only to the customers who enter the raffle after purchasing the album(s).
- All raffle winners will receive 1 undisclosed photo of fromis_9 on the day of the fansign, via KakaoTalk.
※ Special Gift Shipping
- The CD you purchased will be shipped together with the special gift for those who enter the event (undisclosed random photocard).
- The raffle winners’ signed CDs will be shipped after the event ends.
※ You cannot exchange or get a refund for the special gift
- Special gifts are not a product for sale, but a gift for those who enter the fansign raffle.
- Unless the special gift is seriously damaged, the gift cannot be exchanged.
- If you wish to return your purchased album(s), you must return the special gift(s) as well. If you lose the gift through your negligence, refunds will not be allowed.

* Event channel: KakaoTalk (With KakaoTalk ID submitted for raffle entry)
* Fansign process: One-on-one fansign meeting for a designated time with each fromis_9 member(members are allotted identical time).
* Signed album: One album out of your ordered album(s) will be signed and delivered after the fansign (After Midnight Ver.)

[Please Note (Video call fansign)]
1. The order of video calls will be based on the order of the raffle winner announcement. Go to fromis_9 Weverse and tap More (···) button on the top right >fromis_9 Event Application. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk before the event starts. Please wait for your turn and make sure that your network is stable.
2. Before receiving the video call, the staff will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready. The staff will check the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information you submitted for the raffle entry, your fansign participation will be denied.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
Only the IDs stipulated below are valid, and you must bring a physical ID with you. (Copy of the ID, photo of the ID not allowed)
- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, alien registration card
* Those who submit Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.
3. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If the participant is not the raffle winner or if two or more people participate in the fansign, the video call will be ended prematurely.
4. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call may be ended prematurely. Please read and understand the fansign etiquette before participating. If the participant uses foul language, profanity, and insults, or other inappropriate actions, the video call will end prematurely.
5. If the video call connection fails twice, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try again.
6. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers. If you call the event organizers while the event is ongoing, you may be restricted from participating in the fansign event.
7. Please end the video call once the given time is over and you have spoken to all of the members. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
8. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.
9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to HYBE INC. and Pledis Entertainment. (For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended. For those who won the raffle, the information will be discarded within 1 year.)
10. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the fansign obtained via video-recording, voice-recording or screen-capturing the video call. You cannot sell or trade the recorded video call content, or upload the recorded video call content on social media. Live-streaming the video call or recording the video call using other devices is not permitted. If you are found to be committing the violations above, the video call will be ended, and the organizers will proceed to delete the content.
11. If you are found to be duplicating, transferring, or selling the invitation, or committing any other fraudulent acts, you will be denied entry to all events with fromis_9 in the future.
12. The event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
[ Video Call Fansign Etiquette ]
Failure to observe the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.
1. This event will be carried out using the name you submitted to the raffle, and the autograph you receive from the members will be in the [TO. Your name] format only.
2. Please note that we will not hold a post-it Q&A session during the event in order for you to better focus on the conversation with members within the limited time frame.
3. Make sure that video call is held in a quiet, noiseless environment in which the participant is the only person present. Watch out for noise or other individuals appearing in the video call.
4. Have your smart device or PC ready and wait for your turn for a smooth fansign process. Read over the guide on how to receive KakaoTalk Video Calls and check your network connection.
5. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are prohibited. Please show your love for the artist by observing good manners.
6. Do not make requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable. Requesting artists to sign the album with different messages or to do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.
7. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for all the participants (60 seconds for each member).
8. Do not leave the video call or kick out the artists during the fansign. You can exit after you finish the video call with all members, and the participant will not be reconnected to the video call if he/she leaves the video call during the fansign.
