The special offline fansign stage will be filled with vivid colors and props, to make sure the special time STAYC and SWITH spend together will be beautiful and memorable.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

* South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

* Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* A student ID will not be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.

* Screenshots of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The seats will be randomly drawn by you after you have completed the ID verification. Admission will be unavailable after the event starts so please arrive at the venue on time.

2. Please bring your wristband with the winning order number to participate in the fansign. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.

3. If you are found duplicating, selling, or transferring the winning order number ticket or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events hosted by High Up Entertainment in the future.

4. The album for autographs will be provided at the fansign venue along with stickers. Please write the members' names on the stickers and use them to mark the desired autograph pages. (A total of six stickers will be provided.)

5. If you have a specific version of the album you want, please bring it. (※ Please note that STAYC The 3rd Album [TEENFRESH] Digipak ver. and Platform ver. are not allowed.)

6. The name you entered into the raffle will be signed by the artist(s) and signed only on the album. (Asking for autographs on photocards, your personal belongings, and other components of the albums, etc. are not allowed) If you are found requesting autographs on objects other than the album, the staff will collect the objects. If you are found making the banned request repetitively, you may be restricted from participating in STAYC events in the future.

7. Please do not make requests such as "write me an additional message" to the artist at this fansign. Please do not make inappropriate requests.

8. If you are using sticky notes to ask the members questions, you are only allowed one question per member. (A total of six sticky notes will be allowed.) The staff will check the number of your sticky notes and questions, as well as the nature of your questions, in the autograph queue. If the number of your sticky notes or questions exceed the allowed limit, or if your questions are deemed inappropriate, the staff will dispose of the questions. We ask for your cooperation.

9. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

10. If you bring a letter, it will be collected in a box before entering the venue. Any other gifts, including food, will not be accepted.

11. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The staff will hand the artist your props, and the props will be provided back to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. This rule is subject to change without prior notice. (Please note that the props that are not returned may be discarded on that day.)

12. If you change your seat, or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

13. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in STAYC events in the future.

14. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording while getting your album signed on stage. If you are found video-recording or voice-recording, your recording will be deleted and you will be escorted off the premises.

15. Please note that the start time of the fansign is subject to change due to various circumstances.
